Timezone on graph seems be wrong

Hi, I'm from the Philippinies, trying to figure out when my network is having hickups,

I was checking your graph, and noticed that it looks like the displayed timezone s wrong.

It says current time: 25 Mar, 08:29, UTC

(Assuming it means UTC+0?)

But in UTC time it'd only be 25 Mar, 03:22 UTC+0 at the moment.
