Add Huawei Cloud Web3 into Node Operators

Feature Request

Hi Rated,

I'm from Huawei Cloud Web3 team. We are going to run 10,000 validators for Holesky in several few days, could you please add us to the Node Operator list? What kind of information should I provide for it?

Please feel free to contact me, thanks!
