"already indexed" during Self registration of validators

I'm trying to add new validators to operator and I'm facing issues.

Some of requests are returning errors:

What should I fix?

    Hi, it's 3 months now when issue was identified. Do you have any timeline when it will be fixed or some workaround how to update validators count?

    I have tried with pool "Octant" created by RN for us and the same issue.
