Enhance search experience

Hi Rated team,

I've been using your explorer quite a lot recently and I have two feedbacks on general UX to search information.

1. The explorer sorts by Network penetration as default (which is fine), but being able to sort by Effectiveness rating or Name could be useful as well (maybe APR but I personally don't use it).

2. The search bar is case sensitive, which is not convenient when you don't know the exact name of a pool or operator: making it case insensitive and/or compatible with partial matches might be helpful.
